He was predeceased by: his parents, Yu Pe Liu and Hwan Yu Tseng; his wife Wu Ping Tseng; and his grandson Timothy Hoang Casey. He is survived by: his daughters, Jani Tseng (Max Saiidnia) and Gigi Tseng Casey (Joe Casey); his stepdaughters, Lin Lin Sun and San San Sun; and his grandchildren, Chiao Lin, John Sun Wogan, Navid Tseng Saiidnia, Kyun Mei Ling Saiidnia, Claire Mei Li Casey, Matthew Li Casey and Brian Ping Casey.
