He was predeceased by: his wife Clara E. Franklin; his parents, James Franklin and Gertrude Franklin; his sister Janice Franklin; and his great grandchild Amy Jo Siebert.
He is survived by: his daughter Cindy Siebert (Gary); his grandchildren, Benjamin Siebert (Erica), Jessica Siebert and Sarah Allen (Tyler); his great grandchildren, E. Henry, Samuel, Margaret, Rosemarie, Noah, Lucas and Wilson; and his sister Millie Sharpe.
In lieu of flowers a donation can be made to Spirit of Our Savior Lutheran Church in San Bernardino.
