Steven Garry Payne Obituary

He was predeceased by: his mothers, Frances Payne and Doris Reit Hagquist; his siblings, Allen Payne, Randall Payne and Jodie Niesent; and his daughter Kristy Kay Payne.
He is survived by: his wife Janice; his children, Dawn Payne, William Payne and Joshua Payne; his children-in-law, Brianna Swan Payne, Heidi Payne and Gil (Gente); his grandchildren, Dylan Payne, Zachary Payne, Aspen Payne, Gabe, Gente, Bostyn Payne and Emma Payne; and his sisters, Shelley and Robbie. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
A burial was held on Thursday, November 14th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the Riverside National Cemetery (22495 Van Buren Boulevard, March Air Reserve Base, CA 92518).
In lieu of flowers, which he did not like, donations can be made to Semper Fi & America's Fund, or any other organization that assists veterans.
