He was predeceased by: his parents, Manuel C. Sepulveda and Francisca Aguilar Sepulveda; and his siblings, Manuel (Olivia), Raymond (Frances) and Socorro (Manuel Alonzo).
He is survived by: his wife Elvira Sepulveda; his sons, Rafael (Diane) and Rudolph (Robin); and his sisters, Lupe (Robert) of Riverside, CA and Nellie Cox of Miraloma, CA. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren, 27 great grandchildren, and 4 great great grandchildren.
