She was predeceased by: her husband David L. Thomas; and her brother Jack. She is survived by: her daughter Cathy Askwith Kelly Thomas (Mike); and her grandson David Bethany (Frances). She is also survived by step Grandchildren, and 3 step Great Grandchildren.
