He was predeceased by: his parents, Lee Cook and Carolie Cook. He is survived by: his wife Jeannie (Jeannie); his children, Christopher (Anna), Micah, Jacob, Natalie and Julian; his siblings, Patricia Evans, John Cook and Gerald Cook (Marge); and his grandsons, Elyjah and Isayah.
A prayer will be held on Friday, November 22nd 2024 from 6:30 PM to 8:30 PM at the Mt. View Mortuary & Cemetery (570 E Highland Ave, San Bernardino, CA 92404). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, November 23rd 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Holy Angels Church (4433 S Santa Fe Ave, Vernon, CA 90058).
