He was predeceased by: his parents, Emmette Jason Duke and Beatrice Marie Perry (Duke); and his siblings, George Duke and Pamela Henke. He is survived by: his former wife Jo Ann Duke; his daughter La Vonne Holman (Kirk); and his granddaughters, Heather Meeker (Justin) and Wendy Holman. He is also survived by 7 great-grandchildren, and 1 great-great-grandchild.
