She was predeceased by: her husband Leonard Duckworth. She is survived by: her daughters, Debbie, Susan, Vickie and Cathy; her siblings, Lois Cattanach of Oregon and William Lawton; and her aunt Nita. She is also survived by seven grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
