He is survived by: his wife Lynn Klein; his children, Max Conrad Voelker (Alicia), Jennifer Zurich (Paul) and Amanda Ryan (Kevin); his grandsons, Spencer and Vincent; and his siblings, Stephen Voelker (Carolyn), David Knopp (Rhonda), Margaret Price (Mike), Chris Webb (Jim) and Anne DeBoo (John). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and many close friends.

At Peter's request, tissue was successfully retrieved for donation.
