He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, William Tark Bramers Sr. and Emma Kammerer; his wife Anne Lane Church; his sons, William Church Bramers, Thomas Bruce Bramers (Janice Bramers) and John Tark Bramers (Jennifer Bramers); and his grandchildren, Courtney Bramers, Deanne Bramers, Zachary Bramers, Ashley Bramers, Allison Bramers and Emma Bramers.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made in Bill's name to Public Recreation Unlimited: The Salinas Rodeo Museum or Rancho Cielo Culinary Academy.
