With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Roberto Medina Rodriguez of Salinas, California, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on January 31, 2025 at the age of 90. He was predeceased by: his wife Rosa Castillo-Medina. He is survived by: his children, Gloria Ruiz, Blanca Estela Zendejas, Veronica Medina, Rosalba Medina-Herrera, Sonia Medina, Yuri Medina, Victor, Eliseo, Roberto, Jesse and Enrique Medina. He is also survived by twenty-four great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Monday, February 10th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Alta Vista Mortuary (41 E Alisal St, Salinas, CA 93901). A rosary was held on Monday, February 10th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:30 PM at the Sacred Heart Church (22 Stone St, Salinas, CA 93901). A funeral Mass was held on Tuesday, February 11th 2025 at 1:30 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Tuesday, February 11th 2025 at the Memories Cemetery (850 Abbott St, Salinas, CA 93901).
