He was predeceased by: his brother Thomas J. Kelly of New York; and his son-in-law Brian Hatcher. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Rodgers; his daughters, Maria and Luisa; his son-in-law Jim Miller; his grandsons, Jared, Rory and Travis Hatcher; and his close friend Brickley Sweet.
