She is survived by: her husband Todd Madsen; her daughter Haley Madsen; her sisters, Linda Barnes, Deanna Bray, Bridget Jehning, Cathy Delacruz-Martinez and Donna Ortega; her brothers-in-law, Michael Barnes and Craig Bray; her mother-in-law Judy Madsen; her niece Taylor Bray; and her nephews, Ryan and Colton Barnes.
