We are sad to announce that on December 21, 2024, at the age of 79, Joseph Dominic DeSante (Salinas, California), born in Carmel Valley, California passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Laura DeSante and Dominic DeSante; and his sister Sally Hebert. He is survived by: his wife Glenda; his children, Kimberley Wun (Aaron), Joey DeSante (Sarah), Grant DeSante and Andrew DeSante (Sarah); his grandchildren, Benjamin, Grace, Shawn, Caleb, Avery, Kaden, Griffin, Barrett, Floyd and Andilynn; and his sister Louise Ridsdale.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, January 2nd 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Struve and Laporte Funeral Chapel (41 W San Luis St, Salinas, CA 93901). A funeral service will be held on Friday, January 3rd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Compass Church (830 Padre Dr, Salinas, CA 93901).

Memorial donations may be made to Compass Church Salinas Building Fund or St. Jude Children's Hospital.
