He is survived by: his wife Allene; his sister JoAnn Souza; his children, Julie and John; and his grandchildren, Evan, Jax and Willa Joy.

“I am so saddened to hear of Jack's passing. I have very fond memories of our neighborhood bbq's and talking to Jack sitting on the back of his old Chevy, and waving good morning as I walked outside to get the paper as he was leaving for work. I loved his stories! I will hold Allene and family in my thoughts.”
