With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Iola Maxine Guertner (Salinas, California), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on April 11, 2025 at the age of 90. As we bid adieu to Iola Maxine's earthly form, let us not dwell on the void left in her wake, but rather celebrate the legacy of love and inspiration Iola Maxine has bequeathed us. For though she may have departed from our sight, her spirit remains a timeless beacon, guiding loved ones through the labyrinth of life's journey.
She is survived by: her significant other Keith; her sons, Alan, Roy, Gary, Keith Jr. and Darren; and her sisters, Darlena, Estella and Lousie. She is also survived by Many grandchildren and great grandchildren, nieces.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, April 26th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Struve and Laporte Funeral Chapel (41 W San Luis St, Salinas, CA 93901). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, April 26th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
