He was predeceased by: his parents, George Stanford and Evelyn Stanford. He is survived by: his wife Cynthia; his daughter Mary Jeannette Stanford; and his siblings, Michael D. Stanford (Nita) of Chico, Mary Angela "Ange" Sibert (John) of Salinas and Margaret "Peg" Stanford of Salinas. He is also survived by his eight nieces and nephews, and many great-nieces and great-nephews.
