He was predeceased by: his parents, Elva Wheeler and Cleo Wheeler. He is survived by: his wife Reanie Wheeler; his children, Kristi Hussain (Wheeler) and Todd Wheeler; his children-in-law, Taj Hussain and Suzanne Wheeler; his grandchildren, Alex Hussain, Allison Wheeler Nohavica, Austin Hussain, Jessica Wheeler and Katie Wheeler; his brother Ivan Wheeler; his sister-in-law Debbie Wheeler; his sister Debbie Wheeler; his sister-in-law Gerry Sires; and his stepson Brian Pina.
A celebration of life will be held on Friday, August 22nd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Embassy Suites (1441 Canyon Del Rey Blvd, Seaside, CA 93955).
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in his honor either to the American Cancer Society (donate.cancer.org) or to Rancho Cielo, Inc., P.O. Box 6948, Salinas CA 93912 or ranchocieloyc.org/get-involved/donate. (Rancho Cielo serves under-resourced youth by providing them not only a high school education but also job training programs to equip them to secure employment and become productive citizens and professionals.
