She was predeceased by: her husband Bernie Putman; her father David Clark; her brother Warren Clark; and her nephew David Clark. She is survived by: her mother Shirley Jones; her daughter Stephanie Wurster (Nicholas Wurster); her grandson Alexander Wurster; her niece Amber Clark (Steve Vaughn); and her great-nieces, Alyssa Vaughn and Hailey Vaughn.
