He was predeceased by: his parents, Gomesindo Gonzales and Dolores Gonzales; and also, Henry, Danny, Albert Gonzales, Josie Urratio and Carmen Herrera.

He is survived by: his son Arturo Gonzales Jr.. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
