He is survived by: his wife Lois Marie Billeci; his daughter Cleeta Rachelle Afanador; his son-in-law Raymond Afanador, Jr.; his grandchildren, Jon, Jerald, Joseph Chancey, Raymond Afanador III, Natasha, Nicolas Billeci and Sateeva Nichols; and his brothers, Vince Billeci of Oregon and Vernon Billeci of Alaska.
