We are sad to announce that on October 24, 2021, at the age of 30, Michael Patrick Mahaffey (Salida, California) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Richard, Eunice Mahaffey, Andrew and Mineyo Maccoun. He is survived by: his parents, Frank Mahaffey and Margaret Mahaffey of Salida; his sister Shannon; his brother-in-law Michael Leon of Modesto; his niece Sophie Leon; his aunts, Sheryl, Patti Wilbur of Ripon and Caroline Montgomery of Moorpark; his uncle Joe Pimentel of Manteca; and his cousins, Dr. Andrew Wilbur (Laura), Jerod Pimentel, Ian Wilbur (Laura), Marissa Pimentel, Joseph Pimentel III, Devin, Erin Montgomery, Jace, Jiana, Jaylee, Jessa Pimentel, Naomi, Owen and Emme Wilbur.
In lieu of flowers, Michael's family requests donations in his honor be sent to Centerpoint First Baptist Church, 4567 Finney Road, Salida, CA 95368, where it will assist their Youth Ministry and Garden projects.
