It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Adelle Doreen Brounstein (Saint Helena, California), born in Oakland, California, who passed away on July 31, 2019, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her sons, Philip Ross, Phil and Chuck Ross; her sisters, Renee and Janice; and also, Susan Kopperman Ross and Susan Black Ross. She is also survived by seven grandchildren.
In his 60s Al was diagnosed with Parkinson's disease, and in a series of fundraising events called 'Diamonds in the Rough,' Boots raised a significant amount of money for the Parkinson's Institute in Sunnyvale, Calif.
