It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Travis Parker (Sacramento, California), born in Stockton, California, who passed away on March 31, 2022, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Travis L. Parker, Sr. and Martha A. Parker (Daniel); his sister Viola M. Mitchell; and his niece Yvonne Hogan (Mitchell). He is survived by: his wife Velma; his daughters, Carolee Parker (Velma) and Jana Banks (James); his granddaughter Zara Banks; his niece Lisa Mitchell-Cunningham (Alan); his nephew Austin Mitchell, Jr.; his brothers, Paul Fuller (Macia), Rubeun "Rudy" Smith (Louise) and Minor (Elinor) of Washington; and also Velma Scott. He is also survived by extended family, and a host of friends.
