It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Roderick M. Read of Sacramento, California, who passed away on November 19, 2024, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Frederick William and Mary Irene Read. He is survived by: his wife Nancy Janet Spore; his sons, Mark (Patty), Paul (Rebecca), Erik (Stacey) and Benedict; his grandchildren, Jason (Karla), Richard (Adam), Megan (Joey), Steven (Jenny), Roderick (Laura), David (Christine), Mary (Trevor), Riley (Yale) and Sean; and his sons, Richard and Roderick. He is also survived by 13 great-grandchildren.
