“MaryClaire, Teaghan and PIper, I am an Echo neighbor, and have known Pete for years. I would ski in in the winter and encounter him, or see him at the Lax cabin, or spend time with him in September. His help with the water system was always a delight, and I would see you guys hiking past our cabin enroute to Ralston or other destinations. He was always cheerful and a delight to spend time with. His passing comes as such a shock. Our thoughts are with you. Keith Wollenberg”
