She was predeceased by: her mother Mary Lee Fuqua. She is survived by: her father Lionel Fuqua; her brothers, Brian and Terry Fuqua; her husband Van Wm; her brother Daryck Fuqua; her children, Landon Taylor, Sr., Ismail Abu Imran, Isa Imran, Jonathan Taylor and Celeste-June Taylor; her grandchildren, Landon Jr., Matthew, Tamra, Ranyah, Shahlah, Jaylani, Junayd, Isaiah, Layla, Bailey, Suraiya, Malik, Saara, Noor, Cree and Justice; her great grandchildren, Roman, Amoura, Hudson and Nazanin; her friend Sonja Dinwiddie; and also Van. She is also survived by her 11 nieces and nephews.

During the pandemic, she also uncovered a new passion for gardening, finding solace and joy in nurturing her plants.
