He was predeceased by: his parents, Joe Miller and Paula Miller; his brother John Miller (Lynda Meyer); and also Shellby Meyer. He is survived by: his wife Lynda Meyer; his niece Nancy Swasey (Miller); and his nephew Dennis Miller.
