He is survived by: his wife Lisa Yin of Herbie's Coffee Shop; his children, Dr. Elaine Yin (Mike), Ellen Yin-Wycoff and Herb Yin Jr. (Kristi); and his grandchildren, Cody Yin, Elaine Wycoff and Kincy Yin.
