She was predeceased by: her husband Donald G. Mahony; and her son Michael G. Mahony. She is survived by: her daughter Anne; and her grandchildren, Meghan, Martha Hudson, Taylor and Patrick Mahony. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
A cancer survivor herself, Helen volunteered at the American Cancer Society Discovery Shop for nearly 40 years.
