He is survived by: his wife Janice Merrill; his children, Connie Tepner (Robert) of Biloxi, MS and Scott Merrill (Michelle) of Sacramento; his grandsons, Richard Marques, Brandon Marques, Christopher Tepner (Nicole), Christian Williams, Paul Gonzalez and Drew Gonzalez; his great grandchildren, Joseph Marques, Corbin Marques, Caleb Tepner, Elijah Tepner, Elizabeth Tepner and Charlotte Tepner; and his sisters-in-law, Grace Merrill and Joan Conrad. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
