He was predeceased by: his parents, Jose Perez and Mercedes Perez; his wife Guillermina Perez; his children, Luis Perez, Adrian Salvador Perez, Ricardo Joel Perez, Jonathan Edward Perez and Cecelia Amanda Perez; and his grandchildren, Gabriel Perez, Marcus Francisco Najar Perez and Aurora Dorthy Lynn Adamovich.
