It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Judith Dowler of Royal Oaks, California, who passed away on December 23, 2020, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Winton "Jon" Dowler; her parents, Hugh Shannon and Violet Mae West; and her siblings, Joan West and Buddy West.
She is survived by: her children, Rhonda Shipley (Boyd), Rita Worley and Bryan Dowler (Jodie); and her close friend Sharon Ashadina. She is also survived by her 7 grandkids.
