She was predeceased by: her parents, Bert Witvoet and Helen Witvoet. She is survived by: her spouse Alan J. Winter; her children, Michael David Winter (Kelly) and Helene Margaret Winter (Woody); her grandchildren, Sierra Winter Woods, Tracker Charles Woods and Kylie Grace Winter; and her siblings, John Witvoet (Audrey) and Bert Witvoet (June).
Memorial donations in Marcie's memory may be given to "New Horizons Mission" to support a school in Warpal Chutta, Pakistan being renamed "The Marcie Winter Christian School".
