He is survived by: his wife Diana; his daughter-in-law Cindy Shular (Steven); his children, Lucinda Lundgren (Carbon), Rodger Shular (Antonella), Cary Shular (Sue), Christopher Shular (Cindy) and Jay Shular (Tricia); and his siblings, Lorene Dortch, Ann Beck and Leslie Shular.
