He is survived by: his children, Jamison Mergens, Colin Mergens, Lydia Devereux and Katelyn Gomez; his sister Marilyn Farnik; and his grandchildren, Journee Mergens, Jordan Mergens, Madilyn Mergens, Asher Mergens, Aubrey Gomez and Wesley Gomez.
A celebration of life was held on Friday, November 22nd 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Heritage Oaks Memorial Chapel (6920 Destiny Dr, Rocklin, CA 95677).
