Ella Lorraine Gomes Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Ella Lorraine Gomes of Roseville, California, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on February 22, 2025 at the age of 77. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Goman and Eva Goman; and her brother Al Goman. She is survived by: her husband George; her son George Gomes Jr.; her daughter-in-law Katherine Gomes; her daughter Gina Mertz (Gomes); her son-in-law Bill Mertz; her grandchildren, Isabella, Luke and Natalie; her siblings, Danny Goman (Shirley) and Carol Salsa; and her sister-in-law Kathy Goman. She is also survived by family members and friends.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, March 12th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Hillview Chapel (515 1st Ave, Gustine, CA 95322). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, March 12th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, March 22nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Bayside Church (8191 Sierra College Blvd, Roseville, CA 95661).
