She is survived by: her children, Myrtle Higa (Richard), Bruce Wauke (Necy), Eric Wauke (Leslie) and Wendy Nicolay (Lloyd); her grandchildren, Todd Shiroma (Anna), Ashley Higa, Akemi Wauke, Neil Wauke (Kelly) and Erin Miyamoto (Ryan); and her siblings, George Arakaki, Yusei Arakaki (Akiko), Betty Taira (Richard), Elaine Gushiken and Walter Arakaki (Caroline). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and other relatives.
