She is survived by: her husband Kermit; her uncle Vernon; her sister Carol Manker (Arthur); her daughters, Kerry Welch (Lou Aguilar), Leslie Bigos (Dan) of East Wenatchee, WA and Merry Holland (David) of Wenatchee, WA; her grandchildren, Alison Haehnel (David), Lance Aguilar (Samantha), Brent Holland (April), Blair Holland (Heidi), Bridget Clark (Eric), Misha Bigos, Vincent Bigos and Patrick Bigos (Dakota); her great grandchildren, Van, Frances Holland, Nolan, Walker Haehnel, Scott, Ava Aguilar, Hazel, Rose Holland and River Clark; and also Ancestry.
Frances' favorite charity was the American Heart Association.
