He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Herman Parnell and Bernice Parnell (Cooper); his wife Shirley Parnell (Furrow); his children, Tony, Scott and Tammy Parnell; his grandsons, Wyatt and Colton Johnson; and his brother Wendell Parnell (Nell).
In lieu of flowers family is requesting donations in Bob's memory be made to the Rohnert Park Animal Shelter, 301 J Rogers Ln., Rohnert Park, CA 94928.
