We are sad to announce that on October 23, 2020, at the age of 56, Lisa Welms of Rohnert Park, California, born in Oil City, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her father Lawrence E. "Larry" Welms; her brother Mark Welms; her great-grandparents, Felicia and Bryan Croyle; and her grandparents, Lester, Twila Welms, Ernie Croyle and June Stevens.

She is survived by: her mother Gloria Croyle Welms of Oil City; her sister Holly McCauley (Quay Hahn) of Oil City; her niece Lynsey McCauley Samantha Welms; her nephew Lance Harris Nicholas Welms; and her great-nephew Evan Motter.

“My heart is broken to learn of the sudden death of my friend. Lisa was a soft, sensitive and generous woman whose intelligence and integrity shown through every aspect of her life. Her love of nature drove her passions for fishing and gardening. Her sense of beauty was evident in her home and the wonderful gifts she gave. Her love for life emerged in the delicious food she prepared. It was difficult to be close to Lisa because of her reclusive nature. I am so glad she let me be part of her life.”
