He is survived by: his mother Shirley Lewis; his wife Elizabeth Lewis; his children, Clifford Lewis (Emily), Tessa Meier (Mark) and Beau Lewis; his grandchildren, Hailee Meier, Cadyn Lewis, Preston Meier, Carsyn Lewis and Emma Lewis; and his siblings, Craig Lewis, Danny Lewis and Lori Kent (Barry).
