“I met Ted back in the late 1980’s when we both worked at Schlumberger Technologies. He had a profound influence, not only in my career, but for everyone that worked with him as well. He was an incredible mentor and dedicated so much to his work and the industry, which was the better for his contributions. Personally and as my mentor, I owe him just so very much. I will miss his Christmas cards and personal notes every year and I will miss him so very much.”
