He was predeceased by: his parents, Agnes Erickson Nichols and Vernon Nichols; and his brother-in-law Jim Buckmaster. He is survived by: his wife Jean; his daughters, Vickie Nichols, Rachel DeClerck (Dave) and Amanda Lacroix (Lane); his grandchildren, Brett Turnquist, Megan Turnquist, Cody Turnquist, Katelynn DeClerck, Freya Lacroix and Maryn Lacroix; his siblings, Karen Holt, Janice Orsini (Joe), Eric Nichols (Wendy), Greg Nichols (Debbie) and Verna Stevens; and his nephew Sam Nichols. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
