She was predeceased by: her husband Gary Lavern Adair; her parents, Kenneth Wetzel and Jewell Wetzel; and her siblings, Kenneth Dean Wetzel, Clara Delores Walker (Wetzel), Gerald Bruce Wetzel and Carole Madolyn Silva (Wetzel).
She is survived by: her sons, Jeffrey Scott Adair and Todd Elliott Adair; her son-in-law Craig Kozlowski; her grandchildren, Amy Donnice Crosse (Kirk Crosse) and Zachary Connor Adair; and her great grandchildren, Andrew David, Phillip Garrett and Gracie Donnean Crosse.
