She is survived by: her parents, Denis Canerot and Sidonie Canerot; her husband Dean; her children, Peter and Michelle; her brother Leon; and also, Bruce, Deb and Pam. She is also survived by numerous cousins and friends.

She coordinated donations for local schools and children's groups.
