It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Donna Jean Blanchard-Elwood (Rocklin, California), born in Denver, Colorado, who passed away on January 12, 2018, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Edna Dyer and Donald Blanchard; and also, Tracy Dyer and Erickson Blanchard Dyer. She is survived by: her daughters, Jennifer Nogosek (Troy) and D'Ana Seivert (George); her grandchildren, Brad, Stephen, Jessica, Katelyn and Lauren; and her brother Richard Blanchard.
Passed away after a long battle with dementia/Alzheimer's.
