He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Edward Brake and Ethel Roosa Brake; his former wife Joy Faris Brake; and his son Carl Edward BraKE. He is survived by: his grandchildren, Matthew, Melody, Whitney, Holly and Lisa; his wife Darlene Pitts Brake; his daughters, Cynthia Coleman (John) and Melissa Cook (Ron); and also, Sophie, Sawyer, Abby, Cleo, Andrew, Caleb, Riley, Lucy and Conor.
A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, April 16th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the Akes Family Funeral Home (9695 Magnolia Ave, Riverside, CA 92503-3645). A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, April 16th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Riverside National Cemetery (22495 Van Buren Boulevard, Riverside, CA 92518). Visitation will be held on Wednesday, April 16th 2025 from 10:15 PM to 11:30 PM at the Akes Family Funeral Home (9695 Magnolia Ave, Riverside, CA 92503-3645).
