He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Sherry, Frank Goff, Thomas Martin Carpenter, Patricia Carpenter, Betty and Clarence Moser; and his uncles, Thomas Patrick Carpenter and John Moser.
He is survived by: his parents, Andrew Carpenter and Donna Jones; his aunt Lisa; his uncle Mike Moser; his children, Brody and Braden; his siblings, Brianne Herrera, Cassie Carpenter, Kylie Speyer Tuter, Madison Moser, Kevin Speyer and Matt Moser; and his grandmother Vicki Carpenter. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to a charity supporting addiction recovery and mental health awareness, in Seans' memory.
