She was predeceased by: her parents, Martha Neal and James Neal; her husband Cecil Oliver; and her daughter Sandra Parker. She is survived by: her children, Brenda K. Oliver, Cecil J, Oliver Jr. and Craig J. Oliver. She is also survived by nine grandchildren.
